Our Classes

The Foundations Yoga

Wednesdays 2:00-3:00 PM Jess Glatz

In this class you can expect to learn the basics, the breakdown and the benefits of the postures. Each class will focus on a few poses to allow you to fully engage in all it has to offer. Poses will be fully coached and will offer hands-on adjustments if needed, as well as use of props. This is a great class for all levels. Beginners can engage in the basics and experienced practitioners can revisit familiar postures and movements. You will be coached on how each pose (asana) should feel in the body to achieve the optimal benefits of the posture.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 PM Jess Glatz

This light yoga session is gentle and appropriate for all yoga levels. It is the perfect accompaniment to gain flexibility, to recover from injury, for stress management and weight management, to reduce chronic conditions, and to go deeper with the connection of the breath and the body. It will include breathwork, slow flow yoga and finish with a guided meditation to encourage relaxation and deeper connection to your inner self.

Relax & Restore

Once monthly, second Sunday 11:00AM - noon Jess Glatz

Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly. In this class you can expect the practice to encourage relaxation of both mind and body. You will be invited to participate in breathwork and guided relaxation/meditation as you allow your body to soften and your joints to open through restorative poses. This session will be slow paced and fully guided/coached.

Morning Movement & Meditation

Wednesdays 6:00-6:45 AM Jess Glatz

Start the day off right with this perfect combination of cozy Yoga and meditation. This class will feature a 20-30 minute cozy Yoga flow followed by coached group meditation. Show up in your comfy clothes (or PJ’s) and your favorite morning beverage. This super cozy yoga flow will be followed by a guided meditation practice. This coached meditation will offer various styles and types of meditations and prompts. It is perfect for those willing to discover what yoga and meditation have to offer. This class is excellent for all levels of yoga and meditation practice.

Ashtanga Yoga

Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM Tanna Torkelson

Also known as Yoga Therapy, this series is a set sequence of postures designed to bring strength, flexibility, and endurance to the body. Yoga has much to offer and everyBODY can practice and benefit from Ashtanga Yoga. A safe alternative to high-impact exercise, this class is ideal for anyone needing cardiovascular and endurance training as well as flexibility and core work. We will learn safe maneuvers for your neck, shoulders, low back, and knees; breath control in still, challenging postures as well as during challenging movement; how to build flexibility and strength in the right places; and how to go slowly through it all and create healthy habits you can take into other styles of yoga This is a beginner series that rolls into a regularly scheduled “Ashtanga Based Powerful Flow” class. Students do not have to attend every Saturday to benefit from the sessions however each week will build upon what was learned previously. Lastly, although an introduction, this is generally a powerful flow class and ideally participants will have at least 3 months of yoga flow experience prior to joining.

LYT Yoga for All Levels

Mondays 9:00-10:00 AM Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 PM Thursdays 7:00-8:00 PM Roseanne Kuncel

The LYT Yoga Method, created by a Licensed Physical Therapist, is structured around targeted movement sequences designed to bring attention and awareness to breath, spinal alignment, core engagement and balance within the body. With more focus given to neutral pelvis and hip mobility, you will heighten sensations of neural feedback with the use of your hands or yoga blocks. This class will help you to feel more energized, stronger, more confident and will help you to find freedom in your movement while restoring proper posture and body mechanics.

Kidding Around Yoga

Mondays 5:30-6:15 PM (45 min. class) Heidi Boone

Children's Yoga is a great place for children to have fun, connect to each other, and do simple breathing exercises are all part of this class. At this age, when children are sponges, we teach them simple and fun yoga poses (think barking like a St. Bernard in downward dog and meowing in cat pose). Being playful and silly is a great gateway to introducing yoga to kids. Not only will kids have space for self-expression in this class, they will also strengthen their bodies, as well as their connection to mindfulness and breathing techniques. Through yoga poses, art, music and more, kids release energy and learn how to relax. Must be potty trained. Parents are encouraged to leave so kids can explore independence!

Yin Yoga

Katie Carp Tuesdays 8:00-9:00 AM

Yin Yoga is a slow, intense and mindful practice. The individual poses are held generally for 3-5 minutes, usually sitting or lying on a yoga mat. The stretches are intentionally held at less than full range of motion (but for a longer period of time) to bring the focus on a healthy engagement of connective tissues: fascia and joints. Yin Yoga is the balance to an active yoga or fitness practice.

Serenity Sound Bath

Once Monthly, Fridays 7:00-8:00PM Katie Carp

Weave together breath, meditation & sound in a group setting. Listen and feel the vibrations of a set tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, a set of Chakra Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum and Gong in this 60 minute session. An immersion into sound can help to soothe inner turmoil, reduce stress and restore balance and serenity. Bring a yoga mat to recline on the floor or sit in one of the provided chairs and allow yourself to sink into a meditative state as harmonizing tones weave around and through you.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Lauren Miceli Mondays 7:00-8:00 PM

This light yoga session is gentle and appropriate for all yoga levels. It is the perfect accompaniment to gain flexibility, to recover from injury, for stress management and weight management, to reduce chronic conditions, and to go deeper with the connection of the breath and the body.
