The days are getting longer, the sunlight is invigorating us, and construction continues to go smoothly at the Market!
Now that there is officially 10 hours or more of daylight per day, the plants will start to wake up slowly but surely.
We're a long ways off from temperatures nice enough to grow outside, but perennial spring crops like asparagus and crops grown in tunnels and greenhouses like lettuces, carrots, and radishes will start to grow once more!
As we make connections with local growers, we want to hear from you whose produce and products you want to see in Doc Watson's Market! Let us know in the comments below and we'll look into forming a partnership.
